Welcome to our Move It May video library

A collection of exercise, dance, and yoga sessions created to support movement throughout Awareness Month.

This collection includes a variety of videos ranging from yoga to dance and general exercise, all designed to get you moving for at least 15 minutes a day. While some sessions are shorter or longer, the goal is simple: just move — in a way that feels good for you. Whether you're looking for calm stretching or upbeat routines, there's something here for everyone. Let’s move together, one day at a time!

Lucy Wyndham-Read

Lucy is a fitness guru who has created two playlists of videos suitable for individuals with limited mobility. To access the playlists, click the icon in the top right corner of each thumbnail or simply press the button below each video to open YouTube.

Dance with Emma and Ella

Emma is a primary school P.E. teacher who also teaches dance to children and adults. She’s a mum of three, one of whom has PWS. Emma is passionate about raising awareness of PWS and understands the importance of exercise for individuals with PWS.

Yoga with Krazy K

Karen, also known as 'Krazy K', is a children’s entertainer who specialises in fun, interactive parties. She also runs a children’s yoga club and has been working in schools for over 21 years.

Pilates with Joakim

Joakim, also known as an award-winning fitness instructor and Pilates master, is a passionate advocate in the PWS community. A proud PWS dad, he’s well known for his inspiring presence and dedication to health and wellness.
